”Tom Killian worked with us on a renovation project in our home which included upgrading a master bathroom and closet, upgrading a powder room, and creating a roof over our existing deck (area) and making it into a screened-in porch. Tom was patient in planning, precise in pricing, and consistent with attention and availability. He was in charge of his subs, provided schedules, and fit both into our lives and activities. Our walking neighbors watched the porch construction, remarked about it in passing, and continue now to tell us how beautiful it is. Our friends and family are jealous of this whole new world we have for outside living, and with our mild fall and early spring, we have certainly had many occasions to be out there. One of the greatest compliments, from a construction standpoint, has been, “It looks like it’s always been there!” That’s a testament to detail, and as Tom said, “Just like we want it to be.” Though not on view like the porch, our upgraded bathroom with raised vanity and tiled shower are both lovely and practical. The custom closet has provided an abundance of spaces for all types of clothes and shoes. And the powder room has taken on a little glamour in its upgrade.
